The BPL offers several tools to allow you to go and stay mobile! Below are some of the mobile solutions available.

SWAN Libraries Mobile App

Update 1/2024: the previous SWAN Libraries App has been replaced. Unfortunately, you will need to manually remove the old app and add the replacement app.   

The SWAN Libraries+ app is now available! SWAN Libraries+ is available for both iOS and Android. The free-to-use app allows you to browse the catalog and place holds, check your account, and use your phone as a library card when you visit the library in person! PrinterOn Mobile Printing App

The PrinterOn app makes sending documents from mobile devices to the library's printer a breeze! PrinterOn is available for both iOS and Android. Once downloaded, simply tap at the bottom 'No Printer Selected'. From there you can search for and add Berkeley Public Library. It's that easy!

Libby by Overdrive - eBooks & More

Ready to borrow eBooks, audiobooks, magazines and more? All you need is your library card, your device, and the Libby app! Libby is available for both iOS and Android and has built-in features including cross-device support and off-line access.
